Basic pre-operative laboratory testing may be included depending on the service selected. Additional laboratory tests, imaging studies, specialist evaluations, or other required testing are not included and may result in additional fees.

Some patients may require an EKG depending on age, medical history, surgeon requirements, or other risk factors. If required, EKG services are obtained through an outside provider and are not included in the appointment fee.

If additional testing is required, we will discuss the recommendations with you. Final documentation may be delayed until all required information and test results have been received and reviewed.
